MARK KNIGHT
Mark's love of a good bar, atmosphere and gin and tonic (among other tipples), led him to venture into the drinking industry with an aim to provide the best all round experience for a good price!
NICKI BLAKE
After attending numerous gin tasting tours across the country, Nicki's love of gin grew and she wanted to start The Copper Cork to provide a platform to showcase some of the best gins in the UK!
NICK LONG
Nick has been in the catering industry for 14 years. His passion for food, drink and providing the best possible customer service led him to start his own business with his best friend and fiancé.

Location & Hours

Enjoy the ultimate gin experience for your event. We  can also provide a full bar experience on request, not just gin (but included, obviously)! We are based in Norfolk and Lincolnshire, and can cover anywhere in the UK - just give us a call to check availability.
